The Program
Most training programs make you choose. You can grind out reps, or you can chase the numbers, or you can just play. Project 90 refuses to pick one.
We built Project 90 as the most extensive training program ever offered. All sessions start in the Performance Center, where players use SoccerBot360 and Global Speed to collect scientifically backed benchmarks and objective data. Performance markers are collected and provided back to players through detailed reports. Players then progress into high-repetition technical training backed by qualified E90 coaches. Finally, coaches leverage E90’s small-sided playing surfaces to end each session with open play, giving players room to express themselves and work on creativity and problem solving.
Intense and intentional repetitions. Objective data that tells the truth. Creative play that keeps the game yours. One program, one place, every level of the journey.
